How to make Chocolate Ganache for cakes & icecream

Ingredients
  • 50 g Butter (At room temperature)
  • 500 g Dark chocolate - 500 gms
  • 500 g Cooking cream (heavy cooking cream)
Instructions
  1. 1. Take a heavy bottom pan and pour cream in it.
  2. 2. Heat the cream for 2-3 minutes on low flame and add the butter. Do not boil.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. 4. Add the chocolate and switch off the gas/heater and take it off from gas/heater
  5. 5. Keep it covered for 5-10 minutes
  6. 6. Start mixing the ingredients for 10 minutes with a whisk
  7. 7. If consistency is silky and smooth and there are no lumps then ganache is ready
  8. 8. Once it is cooled, put it in a refrigerator
  9. 9. You can use it for making cakes, icecreams, dessert, chocolates etc.
