(made by boiling sugar and water)
Instructions

Sieve fine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl

Beat butter in a bowl till it becomes soft. Do not over beat.

Add condensed milk and beat again

Mix ingredients of step 1 in above mixture

Mix all ingredients using cut and cold method
-
Add cola drink and mix again so that mixture becomes thick in consistency

Pour the mixture into a greased can
-
Bake for 25-30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees

Pull out the cake and let it cool down for 2-3 hours at room temperature

Remove the top part and cut the rest cake in two equal parts

Apply some ganache over base and put 1st part of cake over it

Moisturize the cake with sugar syrup

Apply ganache over the cake using a spatula
-
Put 2nd part over the 1st part and repeat the same process
-
Cover the cake with ganache and smoothen the top part and edges using a spatula

Clean the excess ganache

Let the cake set in refrigerator for 2 hours

Decorate with red cherry and home made designer chocolates
Recipe Notes
- Don't apply ganache until cake becomes cool enough
- You can use normal water also in place of sugar syrup
- If you don't have cherry then you can use other fruits also
