Potato filled Golgappas

Ingredients
  • 10 Golgappas (You can make them at home or buy readymade from market)
  • 1-2 Mashed potato
  • Onion, sliced and diced
  • 5 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • cup Curd (Mesh it before using)
  • cup Tamarind chutney (Use as per your taste)
  • 5 tbsp Namkeen sev (Bhujia)
  • Spices - Salt, Red chilli powder and Cumin seeds powder (As per taste)
  • Coriander for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Make holes in the golgappas and arrange in a white plate
  2. Fill mashed potatoes in golgappas followed by onions and pomegranate seeds
  3. Fill curd and tamarind chutney
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds powder. For extra flavour add more cumin seeds powder.
  5. Garnish with more namkeen, onions, pomegranate seeds and coriander
  6. Golgappas are ready to eat. They should be eaten within 15-20 minutes otherwise they will become soggy.
