Instructions

Make holes in the golgappas and arrange in a white plate

Fill mashed potatoes in golgappas followed by onions and pomegranate seeds

Fill curd and tamarind chutney
-
Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds powder. For extra flavour add more cumin seeds powder.

Garnish with more namkeen, onions, pomegranate seeds and coriander
-
Golgappas are ready to eat. They should be eaten within 15-20 minutes otherwise they will become soggy.
