Instructions
- Sieve fine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl
- Beat butter in a bowl till it becomes soft. Do not over beat.
- Add condensed milk and beat again
- Mix ingredients of step 1 in above mixture
- Mix all ingredients using cut and cold method
- Add cola drink and mix again so that mixture becomes thick in consistency
- Pour the mixture into a greased can
- Bake for 25-30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees
- Pull out the cake and let it cool down for 2-3 hours at room temperature
- Remove the top part and cut the rest cake in two equal parts
- Apply some ganache over base and put 1st part of cake over it
- Moisturize the cake with sugar syrup
- Apply ganache over the cake using a spatula
- Put 2nd part over the 1st part and repeat the same process
- Cover the cake with ganache and smoothen the top part and edges using a spatula
- Clean the excess ganache
- Let the cake set in refrigerator for 2 hours
- Decorate with red cherry and home made designer chocolates
Notes
- Don't apply ganache until cake becomes cool enough
- You can use normal water also in place of sugar syrup
- If you don't have cherry then you can use other fruits also
