  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan and pour cream in it.
  • 2. Heat the cream for 2-3 minutes on low flame and add the butter. Do not boil.
  • 3. Heat the mixture for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • 4. Add the chocolate and switch off the gas/heater and take it off from gas/heater
  • 5. Keep it covered for 5-10 minutes
  • 6. Start mixing the ingredients for 10 minutes with a whisk
  • 7. If consistency is silky and smooth and there are no lumps then ganache is ready
  • 8. Once it is cooled, put it in a refrigerator
  • 9. You can use it for making cakes, icecreams, dessert, chocolates etc.
