  • Make holes in the golgappas and arrange in a white plate
  • Fill mashed potatoes in golgappas followed by onions and pomegranate seeds
  • Fill curd and tamarind chutney
  • Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds powder. For extra flavour add more cumin seeds powder.
  • Garnish with more namkeen, onions, pomegranate seeds and coriander
  • Golgappas are ready to eat. They should be eaten within 15-20 minutes otherwise they will become soggy.
